AdJingles is produced by LFM Audio. This page explains what information we collect when you visit the site or send a jingle brief, and how it is used.

When you send a brief

We collect the details you enter, such as your name, business, email address, phone number and project notes. We also record the page and campaign information that brought you to the form. We use this information to review your brief, respond, prepare a quote and manage the enquiry in our customer systems.

Analytics and chat

With your permission, we use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to understand page use and demo engagement. Zoho SalesIQ provides the optional website chat. These services are held until you choose “Allow analytics”. Retired Smartlook tracking and the LFM Audio PageSense project are not used on AdJingles.

Regional content

The site uses an approximate country code supplied by our hosting and delivery services to show the relevant price and studio telephone number. If you submit a brief, that country code may be included with the enquiry so we can respond in the right market context.

Our service providers

Form enquiries are handled through WordPress Gravity Forms, n8n automation and Zoho customer systems. These providers process information for the purposes described above. We keep enquiry information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the relationship, business records and applicable legal obligations.
